Not to ballbust you on what is otherwise a thoroughly solid list, but...Sarah Vowell? Don't get me wrong; she seems like she'd be fun as hell to have half-drunk late-night conversations with, and her audiobooks make long car rides roughly 70% more bearable. But, I dunno. I just can't imagine her as someone who dates, if that makes any sense. I imagine she is; to the best of my knowledge she's never come out and said "Oh, and by the way I'm entirely asexual and have no interest in being more than friends." But still. It's not like she's repulsive, or even ugly, for that matter. It's just...if we were both single, and friends, and then she said to me that she was actually a holographic projection and could never experience human contact, that would not one bit change the way I viewed our relationship.
